NEET (UG) 2026 re-exam answer key with solutions: all 180 questions explained

The NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination was held on 21 June 2026. This walkthrough covers Test Booklet Code 50: all 180 questions, each with NTA's final answer, why the answer is right, why every other option is wrong, and the NCERT page that carries the fact.
The explanations are our own. The answers are NTA's: we solved every question independently, then checked our answer against the final key, and a second, separate solve checked it again. Where the two disagreed we went back to the question paper and NCERT; in every case the key stood.
The paper
- Date: 21 June 2026. Duration: 3 hours 15 minutes.
- 180 multiple-choice questions, four options each: Physics 1–45, Chemistry 46–90, Biology 91–180.
- Marking: +4 for a correct response, −1 for an incorrect one; maximum 720.
- Calculators not allowed.
- Answer key: NTA Final Answer Key, Test Booklet Code 50 (dated 16-07-2026).
